1. GENERAL SPONSOR PACKAGE (EUR 10.000,-)

ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN FOR CANNAFEST 2023

Campaign - company logo placed as the general sponsor on all official Cannafest
2023 posters (around the whole Czech Republic with the main focus to Prague),
flyers, printing advertisements in cannabis and lifestyle magazines (around
Europe, USA), billboards, rolling boards, citilights etc.
 
Web pages cannafest.com - company logo placed as the general sponsor on
the homepage and in the section Sponsors and Partners; company name as the
general sponsor incl. links in the list of exhibitors; company logo in the trade fair
map.
 
Social media – 5 times company introduction as the general sponsor including
links on Facebook Cannafest official pages (50.000 fans) and the page of event;
Twitter, Instagram and other social media.
 
Newsletter – company logo as the general sponsor in all issues from September
+ company introduction in one special issue straight before the show.
 
ADVERTISEMENT DURING THE SHOW
 
Indoor - right to hang 3 banners inside the exhibition area (one big max.8x8m + 2
small max.3x3m), organizer chooses the best possible places, permitting for
unlimited distribution of flyers etc. through the hostesses; company logo in the
orientation system of the fair (trade fair map)
 
Fair Catalog – (10.000 copies) – inside page of the cover (full color); company
logo as general sponsor on the Sponsors and Partners page, company logo in the
trade fair map.
 
Bags for visitors – insertion of the promotional materials of the sponsor to
10.000 bags for visitors to be given for free by the entrance.
 
*Possibility to discuss other advertisement activities according to the sponsor's

4. ANOTHER SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

4.1 OFFICIAL SPONSOR OF THE PROFESSIONAL CONFERENCE WITHIN THE SCOPE OF CANNAFEST 2023 (EUR 2.500)

Brief characteristics: 3 full days of bilingual (CZ, EN) professional conference
during the show (audience, TV reporters and accredited journalists)
 
Presentation forms: Company logo on the screen before every seminar;
company banner as the official sponsor during the whole conference; company
logo as the official sponsor on the web pages (1x Partners and sponsors page, 1x
Conference page); company logo as the official sponsor in the fair catalog (1x
Conference program, 1x Partners and sponsors page); company logo as the official
sponsor on all printed conference materials (program etc.); Free distribution of the
promo materials in the conference center.
 
Note: Possibility to place a 10 minutes company presentation between selected
speeches.

4.2 OFFICIAL SPONSOR OF THE LIFE STAGE (EUR 6.000)

Brief characteristic: Stage with three full-day program (ask for more
information)
 
Presentation forms: name of the stage according to the sponsor (on all
materials with program and in the trade fair map); company banner (max. 4x5m);
company logo as the official sponsor on the website (1x Partners and sponsors
page, 1x Stage program page, 1x Accompanying program, 1x Partners and
sponsors page); company logo as the official sponsor on all printed program and
on materials. Possibility to organize various sponsor games on the stage.

4.3 OFFICIAL SPONSOR OF THE V.I.P. & BUSINESS LOUNGE (EUR 5.000)

Brief characteristic: Business lounge - representative hall with seats,bar and
catering, the only smoking area at the trade show. Entry for exhibitors and
business visitors only.
 
Presentation forms: name of the lounge according to the sponsor (on all
materials, in the catalog and in the trade show map and information system);
company banners and promo materials inside the lounge, possibility for placing
the info desk, company logo as the official sponsor on the web pages (1x Partners
and sponsors page); company logo as the official sponsor placed in the trade
show catalog (Partners and sponsors page,) company logo on all official
Cannafest posters during the main promo campaign.

4.4 OFFICIAL SPONSOR OF THE ENTRY WRISTBANDS - ONLY ONE (EUR 3.500)

Brief characteristic: representative textile wristband that qualifies for entry
Presentation form: Company logo on all different entry wristbands

4.5 OFFICIAL SPONSOR OF THE OFFICIAL CANNAFEST BAGS - ONLY ONE (EUR
4.500)

Brief characteristic: Textile bags with promotional materials for 10.000 visitors
to be given for free by the entrance; Cannafest logo on one side.
 
Presentation forms: one side of the bag for company logo, picture or text;
insertion of the promotional materials of the sponsor

4.6 OFFICIAL SPONSOR OF THE V.I.P. PARTY – ONLY ONE (EUR 12.000)

Brief characteristic: The official sponsor of the exclusive V.I.P. party for
exhibitors and selected business partners, which takes place on the second
evening of the trade show (Saturday). The party includes an entertainment
program and a rich buffet. This party is very popular and unique, the capacity of
guests is about 1,000 seats. The sponsor's logo will appear in several places in the
party hall, on a printed invitation, which also serves as a ticket to this event, the
sponsor can also distribute its products or promo materials during the party at
pre-agreed places.
 
Invitation format: Full colored company logo placed to the invitation as:

5. EXTRA ADVERTISEMENT OPPORTUNITIES

5.1 ADVERTISEMENT IN THE OFFICIAL CANNAFEST 2023 CATALOG

Brief characteristics: representative trade show information publication with a
list of all exhibitors, trade show map, conference program and list of other
accompanying programs etc. which is given to visitors by the cash desk and to
every exhibitor during the registration. The catalog will be used also for the
presentation of Cannafest during the whole year.

5.5 FACEBOOK RAFFLE

Brief characteristics: interactive monthly competition on Cannafest Facebook
(.000 fans). Includes article on the web pages with company/product introduction,
4x Facebook post promoting the raffle, 2x Instagram post promoting the raffle, 1x
Twitter post promoting the raffle.
 
Price: 600 EUR + 2x price for the raffle with the minimal price 300 EUR/piece

5.6 PLACING OF THE BANNERS INSIDE THE EXHIBITION HALLS – limited space

Brief characteristics: hanging of your banner on the exclusive spots inside of
the exhibition halls. Possibility to choose from different halls and places, usually
around the entrances, rest zones etc.
 
Target Group: professional visitors, public visitors, exhibitors, reporters
 
Formats: min. 2x2m, max. 8x8m, according to the specific spots
 
Prices: 400 EUR/ up to 6m2, for other sizes, please ask for the price calculation

5.7 INSERTION OF YOUR PROMO MATERIALS TO THE BAGS FOR VISITORS

Brief characteristic: Textile bags with promotional materials for 10.000 visitors
to be given for free by the entrance; Cannafest logo on one side, sponsor’s logo on
the other
 
Forms of the allowed materials: flyers, folded posters, seeds catalogs, small
items as lighters, seeds, keychains, grinders etc.

Price: 400 EUR/ up to 10.000 items

5.8 PLACING OF YOUR OWN ROLL UP BANNERS

Brief characteristics: Permission to place your own roll up banner/s inside the
fair area in the designated areas
 
Price: 120 EUR / piece

5.9 PERMISSION FOR YOUR OWN DISTRIBUTION OF PROMO MATERIALS

Brief characteristic: Permission for the distribution of your promo materials
(inside and outside of the fair area) by your hostess/ worker, if you are not an
official exhibitor.
 
Price: 70 EUR – one day, 150 EUR – the whole show
